We want you to be satisfied with your Rovelliq purchase. If you change your mind, receive a faulty product or experience a problem with your order, please contact us.

1. Your UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Please do not send products to an address unless it has been confirmed by Rovelliq.

If the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary, your statutory rights may still apply, but a deduction may be permitted where applicable to account for any diminished value.

Where possible, please return the product with its original packaging, accessories and included materials.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Where you exercise your statutory cancellation rights because you have changed your mind, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by applicable law and where this was properly communicated before purchase.

If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.
