At Rovelliq, we work with fulfilment and logistics partners to deliver your orders efficiently.

Depending on the product and available stock, orders may be shipped from fulfilment warehouses in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States or other available locations.

Order Processing

Most orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Some products may require additional processing time, particularly products that are made to order. Where applicable, this will be indicated on the relevant product or brand information.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where tracking is available.

UK Delivery

Most orders delivered to the United Kingdom are estimated to arrive within:

4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, fulfilment location, carrier and destination.

Orders dispatched from UK warehouses may have different delivery times from orders dispatched from EU warehouses.

Depending on the destination and warehouse, orders are delivered by logistics partners such as DPD, DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, PostNord and Posti.
